Grocery Voucher Fund Raiser

2011-2012

Below is the list of participating grocery stores. Click on the name to view a printable order sheet.

If you are seelling Twin Valley Co-op grocery vouchers, please keep in touch with Michelle Fredjorson. Twin Valley is only allowing us to sell $5000.00.  Just keep in touch with Michelle so she can keep track of the cost so we don't go over the $5000.00

 

Sheets and the exact amount of money (please make sure your sheets balance to the amount of cash you have before handing in) must be handed in by The Russell Rodeo - Sept 17th & 18th.  If you aren’t going to be at Russell - please contact Kari Bodin or Deb Moran to make arrangements for handing in sheets & money before then.

Please make cheques payable to Manitoba High School Rodeo Assoc.  Cheques can be postdated for Sept 22nd.

Please keep a copy of your sales as this is your only record to distribute the vouchers when they arrive. Attached are receipts that you can give out if the purchaser would like a receipt.

Vouchers should be delivered as soon as you receive them.

You may want to make extra copies of the sheets in case you need more.  More sheet are available above.

The following stores are on board:

  1. Canada Safeway - Canada & US Wide - gift cards can be used for groceries or gas, minimum $20.
  2. Sobey’s - vouchers available in $10, $25, & $50.
  3. Heritage Co-op - stores in Brandon, Minnedosa, Sandy Lake, Wawanesa & Erickson.
  4. Neepawa Shop Easy - no vouchers - a credit is set up at the store in customers name/phone number.
  5. Neepawa Gladstone Co-op - Neepawa & Gladstone - one card issued for any amount.
  6. Big Way - Virden - Cherie Lyng is going to be getting vouchers from the store for you to sell - please contact Cherie.
  7. Co-Op - Hartney/Deloraine - this is a new store this year - $25 & $50 vouchers available.
  8. Killarney Co-op - gift card for the amount customer requests - they will be held at the store for customer to pick up.
  9. Parkway Consumer Co-op , Roblin, MB - please discuss with Kevin Larsen.
  10. Borderland Co-op - Moosomin, SK
  11. IGA - Russell, MB - they will honor Sobey’s gift cards.
  12. Spud City food Mart - Carberry - $25 & $50 Vouchers.
